Online Application for a High School Diploma for World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War Eras Veterans

If the Office of Veterans Affairs already has a copy of the veteran's military discharge, you may apply online or over the phone for a diploma. Our office has the military discharge records of most veterans who entered the military from Vermont. If you don't think we have a copy of the discharge, download the High School Diploma Application Form and mail it to our office with a copy of the discharge. If you use America Online, Hotmail, or other proprietary Email system, you may not apply online as these systems are not compatible. Please download the form, complete it, and then mail or fax it to the Office of Veterans Affairs.

This program is available to honorably discharged veterans who served during the World War II or Korean War Eras and who don't already have a High School Diploma. Family members of the veteran may apply on behalf of the veteran; they may also apply for veterans who are deceased.
